Meet our Business Owner Travis!

I started with the company in 2009 as the General Manager and Territory Sales Representative. Where I was responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers. I close sales, meet targets and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth. Currently me and my wife own Set Medical. Setting the overall vision and strategy, making major decisions and performance growth for long-term success. Together we have two daughters and one grandson. I am the Pastor at our home church, Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. Outside the office, you will find me at our church helping with all activities or spending time with my wife, daughters and grandson. 

Meet our Business Owner and Office Manager Tammy!

I started with the company in 2010 as an office administrator. I transitioned into the roll of the Office Manager in 2015.  Me and my husband, Travis currently own Set Medical. I ensure smooth daily operations in the office. This includes supervising office staff, overseeing communications, supporting financial process like invoicing or budgeting, and ensuring a professional, organized and efficient work environment. My husband and I have two daughters and one grandson. In my spare time you can find me at our home church helping in all activities or find me outdoors with friends and family!  

Meet Pam!

 I have worked at Set Medical / Shoes Etc. since early 2014. I send and receive faxes from the doctors and call doctors and patients. Getting to talk to our clients is a pleasure and a blessing. I also work alongside our manager doing special projects. 

I am married, have one child and one granddaughter. Spending time with family and friends is important to me. In my spare time I enjoy reading. I am a Christian and am a member of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. The Lord is first in my life and everything  else follows.

Meet Christy!

 I've been with the company since January 2015. The first 4 years I handled processing the paperwork, getting shoe selections, and communicating with the doctor's offices. The past 7 years I've handled the insurance side which involves checking the insurance before the products are delivered, keeping track of invoices for accuracy and payment from the insurance companies. I also assist the manager in keeping the company compliant with ACHC, Medicare, and other Commercial plans standards. I'm happily married, have 1 daughter, and am the resident Harry Potter geek in the office.
